The Machine Group was organized by recording artist, musicians, entrepreneurs, and business professionals Alvin & Calvin Waters as they are dedicated to the success of their many business ventures. The Machine Group not only excels at its entertainment company functions, it also recognizes and incorporates their skills in consulting companies from fashion to technology.

The Machine Group recognizes and promotes new and real talent with the objective of establishing long-term relationships or re-establishing the careers of extremely talented artists that have been badly damaged due to previous circumstances.

The Machine Group has built strong alliances throughout the world and in the past partnered with the Japan-based company Avex starting their Music Publishing Avex Music Publishing, Keith and James Luxury Hats as consultants partners Partnering with the iconic brand Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf and Goodman also starting the new clothing line Wild Boyx which will be carried around the world in major retailers.

Because Alvin and Calvin don’t live by industry standard rules, they are able to create numerous opportunities for many more producers and songwriters to join The Machine Group and they look forward to establishing only the best.

It has not been easy to be in this business for over three decades. It’s more so not the work but somehow dealing with people is more so of a challenge. Inside this entertainment community, it lacks teamwork. It’s more of a dog eat dog mentality that keeps a lot of us down.

We couldn’t have done anything different because everything in this business is trial and error. You learn from your mistakes.
